New Meadows is a rural city at the upper end of the Meadows Valley of the west central part of the U.S. state of Idaho, just south of the 45th parallel. The city is in Adams County at an elevation of 3868 feet (1179 m) and its population was 533 at the 2000 census. New Meadows is the junction of the primary north-south highway in the state, U.S. Route 95, and State Highway 55, which connects to McCall and Boise.
