Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation:
A minimum two week notice for change of reservation dates or cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $15.00 cancellation fee. A reservation is guaranteed for the entire duration of your requested stay and early departure or last-minute cancellation is subject to the full room charge as per your original reservation. If we are able to re-rent the room, your monies will be refunded, less a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Credit Cards:
We accept credit cards using a secure online payment method, money order, or personal check.  We will inform you about payment procedures when you contact us.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
In order to obtain entry into the cabin, a door security code will be provided to you after your reservation is made. Check-in is between 3:00 and 9:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are going to be later than 9:00 PM, please let us know at 208-870-5684. Check-out time is 11 AM.

We Are a Smoke-free cabin:
The MeadowCreek Cabin is a 100% non-smoking building. To accommodate those who smoke, we gladly provide ashtrays on the deck. Regretfully, we will add appropriate cleaning surcharges to any room where guests have smoked with disregard to our policy.

Pets:
We are sorry we are unable to accommodate guests' pets.

Operation Manuals:
We will leave instructions in the cabin with regard to operating the satellite tv service, dvd player, Xbox game system, fireplace and heating/cooling system. If there are any problems with any of the cabin services, please call 208-870-5684.  Download instructions by clicking on PDF file below.
