The rental fee is a flat fee of $1,500 per week. There is no charge for washing sheets, vacuuming,
cleaning bathrooms and kitchen as long as normal wear and tear occurs.
If any household property is damaged, missing or excessive wear and
tear is observed, the owner will expect full reimbursement. A complete
inventory is kept of all items including DVD’s, games, artwork etc.
