All
reservations made require a minimum two night rental. The rental fee is
$345.00 per night. There is no charge for washing sheets, vacuuming,
cleaning bathrooms and kitchen as long as normal wear and tear occurs.
If any household property is damaged, missing or excessive wear and
tear is observed, the owner will expect full reimbursement. A complete
inventory is kept of all items including DVD’s, games, artwork etc.
Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card and Discover are honored for your convenience. American Express is accepted with an additional $3.00 charge. For your security, please do not send credit card information via email.
